Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship? We currently provide shipping services exclusively within France. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

What are your shipping costs? AnOutfit offers Standard Ground Shipping at no cost (€0.00) for all domestic orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden handling fees.

How long does shipping take?

  • Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Transit Time: 4–8 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days from the date of purchase. Tracking information will be provided via email once the carrier has scanned the package.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached. There are no restocking fees for returns.

How long does a refund take? Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Credits will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
